To register with the ISH Alumni Association please fill out and submit the following form:
1. If possible, please do not enter a hotmail e-mail address.
2. If your last name has changed, please write your former last name followed by your
current last name in parentheses. Example: Susan Schultz (now Selander).
3. In the field “class of”, please provide the year you graduated from High School, whether you graduated from ISH or not. For example, if you were at ISH in 2000 and then graduated from another school in 2004, please type 2004.
4. Compulsory fields are marked with an asterisk.
