Giant cuddly toys, colourfest games and party music.
If there’s one place you know for sure that you’ll get something for yourself, family and friends, it is a flea market. Whether it’s a desk lamp, a bike, a cot bed, a car seat, a book, a pair of trendy heels, a rain jacket, a food mincer, anything really, you’re bound to find it there. At ISH, the Summer Flea Market comes with games for the young and old, face painting, cool dance hits by D.J. Max, a Colour Fest organised by the Student Council, where you get your hair and clothes multi-coloured, salads, cakes, beverages and barbecued sausages.
The 2019 Summerfest delivered just as much. The fest is held in aid of charitable projects and organisations including Kids4Kids, Tanzania Project, Sri Lanka Project, Die Arche, NCL Stiftung and Schule Hirtenweg. The outcome and proceeds will be announced soon. A big thank you goes to the new PTA team, volunteers who helped set and clear up, donated food and beverages and the community for a great spirit.
