Embark on a voyage of learning

Students follow an established and research-based programme of study.

During the 18th till 19th of May, the ISH tennis team traveled to Amsterdam, The Netherlands to compete in the NECIS Tennis tournament. 53 young men and women took part in the tournament, coming from five different NECIS schools around Europe – Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Sigtuna, Düsseldorf, and Hamburg. The singles competition took place on Saturday and the doubles competition, which was also very exciting and very competitive, took place on Sunday morning. We could see a lot of hard work and sportsmanship in play and were also very excited to see our team secure some 1st and 2nd placements.

We’d like to congratulate Frederik who won 1st place in both the singles and doubles competition. Also, a good job to Rohan, Itsuki, Joshua, Uday, Silvia and Kaori for winning 2nd place at different levels.

Many thanks to Coach Jose for his commitment and dedication to the team and also his major help in the achievement of the team’s victory. Congratulations to the team for such a wonderful weekend and for showing such great team spirit. Well done!!!
