PTA Teacher Appreciation Week
Teachers play a critical role in educating and shaping our children. They are kind, patient, hard-working, dedicated, and understanding professionals who help mold our children and guide them in positive directions. We entrust our children with the teachers, and they affect their lives daily.
The PTA has organized "Teacher Appreciation Week" from November 16-20, to recognize the lasting contributions they make to our lives. Throughout the week, the students have brought notes, pictures that they drew or colored, poems they wrote or small sweets, a little thank-you to show our teachers how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication.
Earlier today, the PTA hosted a special cake morning for the staff and teachers to enjoy as we bring Teacher Appreciation Week to a close. Thanks to all the parents who have delivered something sweet!
‘I am overwhelmed by the cards and gifts I received this week from students throughout the secondary school. It is so good to know that despite my strictness, students get me and they know that I do things because I care. I LOVE MY JOB... it's the BEST!‘ - Patricia Hayward
‘It was a Magic Monday this week as the children presented us with home made cards, drawings, and treats. There were smiles all around. Thank you to all the parents for their kindness. It has been an extra special week!‘ - Inga Smith
Thank you to our wonderful teachers for the priceless impact you are making in so many lives!
