How to read a map, plan your route and navigate through nature?

How to set up camp and your tent and pack up?
What to eat and cook on a camping stove?
How to apply first aid when out on a field expedition?
What are the safety and emergency procedures to follow on a trip?
Our Duke of Edinburgh students recently spent a Saturday getting trained up for their upcoming survival expeditions which will be taking place in May and June.
About the Duke of Edinburgh Award at ISH
As part of our vision to develop global citizens who lead lives of purpose and meaning, ISH is proud to be offering The Duke of Edinburgh International Award programme (DoE). It is the world's leading youth achievement award for 14-24 year olds. The award is built around 4 sections. volunteering, physical, skill and expedition.
